Camille El Zeinaty is a dynamic professional who embarked on his journey as the owner and executive manager of a family company specializing in cleaning, janitorial, and manpower services. His instrumental role in steering the company’s growth resulted in an expansion to over 2000 employees, solidifying its position as a leader in the services sector. Under his guidance, the company diversified its offerings to include security services and maintenance.
Camille’s extensive experience includes establishing connections with major five-star hotels, working closely with GMs and owners. His clientele spans the hospitality, industrial, production, commercial, and residential sectors. A globetrotter, Camille has traversed the Gulf, the Far East, and Europe to engage with key suppliers in the services field.
With a bachelor’s degree in law, Camille seamlessly integrates business acumen gained through experience with a solid foundation in legal knowledge. This unique combination has been pivotal to the company’s resounding success. Beyond the boardroom, Camille thrives on communication, finds solace in reading, and enjoys the competitive spirit of playing pickleball.

Joseph’s impressive ascent in the flexible packaging industry began at Licaplast, immediately post-graduation from Concordia University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business Development. By 2007, he had risen to the role of Managing Director, where he spearheaded a transformative era for the company, now known as Licaflex. His strategic vision led to a professionalization overhaul, assembling a robust management team and forging pivotal equity partnerships. Under his leadership, Licaflex expanded its market reach and enhanced its production capabilities, notably through strategic acquisitions.
A key facet of Joseph’s leadership is his balanced approach to decision-making, blending data-driven analysis with collaborative insights. Resilient in the face of challenges, he views obstacles as opportunities for growth, both for the company and personally. This mindset has been instrumental in steering Licaflex through turbulent times, always emerging stronger.
Joseph’s commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence is exemplified in his long-standing involvement with the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 2001. Here, he collaborates with fellow business leaders, fostering personal and professional development.
Outside of his professional realm, Joseph finds rejuvenation in skiing, running, and travel. These activities reflect his dynamic personality and quest for new experiences, balancing his professional rigor with personal passions. Joseph’s journey is not just one of corporate success but a testament to resilient, adaptive leadership and a relentless pursuit of excellence in all facets of life.
