Camille El Zeinaty is a dynamic executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the services sector. He began his career as the owner and executive manager of a family-owned company specializing in cleaning, janitorial, and manpower services. Under his leadership, the organization experienced significant growth, expanding to a workforce of more than 2,000 employees and establishing itself as a market leader. Camille also guided the strategic diversification of services to include security and maintenance operations.
Throughout his career, Camille has built strong relationships with major five-stars hotels and worked closely with general managers and owners across the hospitality industry. His experience spans the hospitality, industrial, production, commercial, and residential sectors. A global operator, he has travelled extensively across the Gulf region, the Far East, and Europe to engage with key suppliers and industry partners.
Camille holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, combining legal insight with practical business expertise to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. Outside of work, he values his family time, enjoys reading, and embraces friendly competition through pickleball.

Joseph is an accomplished executive with a distinguished career in the flexible packaging industry. He began his professional journey at Licaplast in 2001 after earning a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business Development from Concordia University. By 2007, he advanced to the role of Managing Director, leading a transformative period for the company-now known as Licaflex, marked by professionalization, strategic growth, and operational expansion.
Under Joseph’s leadership, Licaflex strengthened its management structure, formed key equity partnerships, and expanded its market presence through strategic acquisitions and enhanced production capabilities. His leadership style blends data-driven decision-making with collaborative insight, allowing him to navigate complex challenges while maintaining long-term strategic focus.
A strong advocate for continuous learning, Joseph has been an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 20021, engaging with global business leaders to foster personal and professional growth. Outside the office, he spends time with his family, enjoys skiing, running, and traveling; pursuits that reflect his energy, resilience, and commitment to balance.
